We love to keep things local! Hence, all the berries used are of British produce. As for the Elderflower, we only use the most fragrant and freshly opened elderflower blossoms for our handmade Elderflower Cordial. On June's sunny days, we would venture out into the wilderness in the Chilterns to find the best elderflower heads. After infusing it with sugar for a few days, we bottle them for you to enjoy.
How to use Cordial
Dilute any of the Cordials with 12 parts still or sparkling water (adjust to your taste). If you feel like something fancy, it's a perfect mix for cocktails or champagne!
You can also use it in baking and desserts. Add it to your cake batter, soak it in your cake sponge, add it to icing, or imply drizzle it on top of your creations. We're always looking for new ways to enjoy them and share them on our Instagram page.

This pack includes 2 bottles of Cordials of your choice, each bottle contains a minimum of 250ml. Please dilute before drinking.
Store in a dark and cool place (best in a cupboard). Once opened, place the bottle in the fridge and consume within 4 weeks.

Elderflower: Fairtrade sugar, water, hand-picked British elderflowers, citric acid
Raspberry & Lemon: Fairtrade sugar, water, British raspberries, Organic lemons, citric acid
Blackberry: Fairtrade sugar, water, British blackberries, citric acid
Blueberry: Fairtrade sugar, water, British blueberries, citric acid
Strawberry & Rhubarb: Fairtrade sugar, water, British strawberries, British rhubarb, citric acid
Blackcurrant: Fairtrade sugar, water, British blackcurrant, citric acid

Store in a cool place and out of sunlight. Once open, keep the bottle in the fridge and consume within 4 weeks.

Purchases will be dispatched on the following business day if received after 12pm.
Dispatches are made Mondays - Thursdays and not on days before bank holidays if the order is including any chocolate products, otherwise we despatch on any weekdays (except bank holidays).
Delivery costs are based on a flat rate for any amount of products (of the same type).
Depending on the distance, free to-the-door delivery on the next day can be arranged (option available on check-out if eligible).
